You make a commitment to your dog, so here's ours to you. 90 days to try it, stick with it and if you're not happy with the results – we'll make it right.

90 days is the recommended time frame to start seeing results, because our supplements are built for the long game. If you’re not seeing results after this time frame, we’ll take a closer look. There’s no need to send anything back.

Your dog's wellbeing is always top of mind – which is exactly why we can't accept returns on our edible supplements. Once they've left our hands we can't guarantee freshness and we'd never compromise on that standard. Our Customer Experience team will help you find a way to pay it forward to a dog in need and take care of your request.
