🚀 Your Role in the Pack:

As our Graphic Ads Strategist, specialized in paid ads, you’ll be crafting visually compelling designs that captivate audiences and drive sales. Your role will collaborate closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life, playing a key role in our advertising campaigns. Your work will involve creating captivating visuals and crafting persuasive ad copy tailored to your designs, ensuring exceptional conversion rates.

📒 The Scoop:

Graphic Design:

• Develop innovative and visually striking ad graphics aligned with our brand and marketing goals.
• Create eye-catching images, illustrations, and layouts for various ad formats.
• Collaborate with the creative strategy team to execute designs that effectively communicate messaging.

Ad Copywriting:

• Write persuasive ad copy exclusively for the graphic you create.
• Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and body copy complementing visual elements.
• Collaborate with the creative strategy team to enhance graphics and overall ad effectiveness.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the creative team on strategy and weekly ad output.
• Understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging with the marketing team.
• Collaborate with fellow strategists and teams for consistent marketing communication.

⚡What We Are Looking For:

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proven experience in graphic design and ad copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful Facebook ad examples.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other relevant software.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail in visual design and written content.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting, conversion optimization, and ad performance tracking.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Facebook ad guidelines, best practices, and platform updates.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
