🚀 Your Role in the Pack:

As a CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and optimizing our customer relationship management strategies. 

📒 The Scoop:

  • Campaign Coordination: Efficiently plan, schedule, and execute CRM campaigns, focusing on channels such as email and SMS.
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Collaborate with the Director of Retention to develop and leverage email segmentation and personalization strategies, enhancing customer engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Analysis and Benchmarking: Define and oversee CRM analysis and competitive benchmarking to evaluate program effectiveness and drive future strategies.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Manage the ongoing optimization of customer journey flows, especially during key promotional events like product launches, sales, and subscription pushes.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Cultivate and manage day-to-day relationships with vendors and partners associated with CRM initiatives.
  • Testing and Performance Optimization: Develop and implement A/B tests for various CRM elements, including copy, layout, offers, targeting, etc., to continually optimize CRM performance.
  • Best Practices Development: Create and disseminate email best practices to stakeholders across the organization, collaborating with teams such as Growth, Brand, and Dev.
  • Metrics Reporting: Share performance metrics with the broader team to provide insights into pacing and progress.
  • Tools Expertise: Utilize hands-on experience with Klaviyo and ReCharge, with additional expertise in loyalty programs being a significant advantage.
  • Copywriting: Craft engaging and concise copy for campaigns across CRM channels.

⚡What We Are Looking For:

  • Fundamental Expertise: In-depth knowledge of email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription program fundamentals, encompassing segmentation, list growth, data management, touchpoint mapping, KPIs, etc. (required).
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills to coordinate and oversee various aspects of CRM initiatives.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in CRM, with a strong preference for candidates who have successfully managed similar responsibilities.
