đ Your Role in the Pack
The Sales Coordinator ensures smooth and efficient sales operations by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, maintaining data, onboarding new accounts, item setup, and supporting communication across teams. This role enables the sales team to focus on growth by handling the day-to-day execution behind the scenes.
đYour responsibilities:

Sales Support: Deliver timely administrative and operational support to the sales team, completing assigned tasks (documentation, internal requests, meeting prep) within 24â48 hours and maintaining a 95%+ weekly completion rate.

Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and internal departments, ensuring inquiries are addressed within one business day and information flows smoothly across teams.

Order Processing: Manage end-to-end order processing within 24 hours of receipt, coordinate daily with logistics to ensure on-time delivery, and resolve any order-related issues within 48 hours.

Database & Assortment Management: Maintain accurate customer and sales data in internal systems on a weekly basis and manage assortment sheets containing product and retail information for internal and external use.

Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports and monthly trend analyses, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the sales manager.
- Process & Cross-Functional Improvement: Identify and propose quarterly process enhancements with measurable impact, while facilitating weekly collaboration with marketing, logistics, and finance to align on campaigns, fulfillment, and financial requirements.
â What you bring:

Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field â or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 2 yearsâ experience in sales support, admin coordination, or customer service, ideally within brand, vendor, or retail environments.

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams, with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable, with the discretion to manage sensitive or confidential information.
