🚀 Your Role in the Pack

As our resident Copywriter, you’ll shape how Wuffes sounds, feels, and connects with the world. From the small details to the big brand moments, you’ll own our voice and give it heart. It’s a chance to help define not just what we say but what we stand for. Perfect for a copywriter ready to step up and leave their mark on a growing brand.

📒Your responsibilities:

• Write compelling, SEO rich, conversion-driven copy across email, website, social, ads, packaging and retail touchpoints.
• Lead and evolve our tone of voice as the brand grows - creating clear TOV guidelines and rolling them out across the business.
• Turn complex scientific and ingredient claims into clear, accessible, and distinctive consumer language that builds trust.
• Partner closely with our Head of Product on CRO-focused copy to test, learn, and continuously improve on-site performance.
• Inject emotion and storytelling into every touchpoint - helping customers feel that being a Wuffes owner means giving their dog the best life possible.

✅What you bring:

• Around 2–4 years’ experience writing for consumer brands (ideally DTC), and ready to step up into more ownership and creative influence.
• A knack for blending creativity with performance - balancing brand storytelling with conversion goals.
• Experience defining or refining a brand tone of voice and leading its implementation across channels.
• Confidence turning scientific or functional product information into emotionally resonant, consumer-friendly copy.
• An understanding of how copy shows up across packaging, retail POS, and digital environments.
